HOW TO BE TREATED IN   THE ELALYA POLYCLINIC

Request your appointment:

Once our International Patient Relations Officer has received your request via (Mail, website, Facebook or by phone), he/she will contact you within a maximum of one business day to collect the following information:

  • Medical problem to solve (Pathology)
  • Medical file to be sent to us by mail.
  • Your medical file may include images (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound)
  • Pathology slides are often required for oncology consultations.
  • General patient information: gender, date of birth, etc.
  • Mailing address and telephone number
  • A copy of your passport
  • Copy of insurance card (if insurance is already contracted with ELALYA Clinic) Your preferred appointment date
  • We will examine your medical file with a view to transferring it to the appropriate department and to the specialist concerned (depending on the pathology) in order to communicate with you within 48 hours at the latest the preliminary course of action and the estimated cost.

We will do everything necessary to schedule an appointment at your preferred dates and for your immediate care.

HOW YOUR STAY WILL BE ORGANIZED :

  • As soon as you arrive at the clinic’s reception desk, the reception staff (Admission) is at your disposal to inform you and assist you with your administrative procedures.
  • The admissions office is open every day 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • The patient will be taken in charge, directly by a receptionist in order to facilitate the admission procedures and collect the necessary documents:
  • Letter of admission or confirmation email about his appointment
  • Passport
  • Telephone number and contact information of the person to be contacted in case of need
 

INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT:

The Patient Relations Officer will always be available to the patient and can be reached by phone and email for any assistance or coordination between the different services throughout the patient’s journey, before, during and after admission.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND BILLING :

As soon as we receive your request and your medical file, we will send you an estimate of the various expenses (accommodation, operating room, explorations, doctors’ fees, etc.).
Upon your arrival at the clinic and your first medical consultation, the estimate will be reconfirmed to you according to your state of health and the therapeutic course of action decided by your attending doctor.
During your hospitalization, you can consult your bill at any time and follow the amount of your expenses.
